Things to do ….. If you suspect your child may become
 Missing, Runaway or a victim of Parental Abduction

·         Maintain a file and a duplicate file that contains;

·         All court documents, especially certified custody orders (minimum of 3).

·         Photographs of your child(ren), and all other family members.

·         Photographs of the other parent.

·         Photographs of the other parent's vehicles.

·         Maintain a list of the other parents, address(es) phone numbers, pagers, cell phone #, e/mail etc., work or business name and address, vehicle(s) (make, model, color (outside and interior), license #, VIN#, dents, marks, stickers or unusual things about the vehicle(s).

·         Maintain a list of all of the other parents relatives and friends, names, relationship (best friend, uncle, aunt, work friend, etc., addresses, phone numbers, description, vehicles.

·         Maintain a list of all of your friends and relatives, names. addresses, phone numbers, relationship, vehicle description and license numbers, etc.

·         Maintain a complete list of all of your child's friends and family. Include names, address and phone numbers and relationship  (ie. Uncle, Aunt, Best Friend, Boy/Girlfriend etc).

·         Maintain a log (maintain a log of all conversations, actions, visitations, etc. always enter the date, time and location). Update your file regularly (minimum of once a week or whenever something occurs that needs to be in the file).

·         Update the photographs of your child a minimum of every three months or whenever something occurs that changes your child appearance. (Bruise, change of hairstyle or color, etc.)

·         Always use 35mm film and have it developed with double prints at once and keep the negatives safe. That way you always have recent photographs on hand and with the negatives, you can have unlimited amounts of photographs printed in less than an hour.
