MCIA is making a
difference
MCIA's cases consist of both domestic and international
parental abduction. MCIA also handles cases in the United States involving
children who have runaway as well as children in cults.
There is a constant and
growing need for MCIA's services. Everybody involved with MCIA is acutely aware
of the considerable risk to the child, as well as the intense mental and
emotional pain and suffering the child and parent(s) are constantly going
through until the child is returned.
When a child is missing, not only is the child a victim, but everyone else is
also. The parents, the extended family, friends and even the community as a
whole. That is why everyone at MCIA works so hard to bring the case to a rapid
and successful conclusion.
In addition to returning missing children, MCIA also offers classes and
seminars in:
Child
safety
Missing child investigation
techniques and case management
Community awareness
Parent education
Domestic violence recognition and
prevention
